60 Min Relaxation

Choose from Lavender, Orange, Peppermint, or Eucalyptus to add to your relaxation massage.  Aromatherapy incorporates scented essential oils into a massage.  Aromatherapy helps with relaxation, anxiety, and boosts your mood.

Incorporate hot stones in with your relaxation massage.  I use heated stones as an extension to my hand.  One stroke with the stones is equal to 3 strokes with my hands.  Hot stones help with tension, stress, and pain.

Do you have knots or tension?  Try adding deep tissue to your massage.  I will incorporate some deep tissue in one to two areas.  Deep tissue is a more intense form of massage.  It uses deep slow strokes and much pressure to focus on deeper layers of muscle and fascia.  It reduces tension, pain, knots, and breaks up scar tissue.  Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that was released during the session.

60 Min Custom with Deep Tissue

Focus on 1-2 areas with deep tissue and cupping.  Cupping uses small cups to create a suction that works deep muscles, facia, improve circulation, remove toxins, decrease inflammation, and relieve pain.  By lifting rather then compressing, cupping is able to facilitate movement of muscles, facia, and fluid.

Who loves getting their hair played with?!?! I now offer hairplay scalp massage.  50 minutes of relaxation utilizing various tools and techniques.  Enhanced your experience by adding a face mask, heated eye mask, or under the eye mask to be applied during the session. **Please have clean dry hair when arriving.  No products in your hair.  Thank You!**

Teen Relaxation Massage

Does your teenager have aches and pain from playing sports?  In this 50 minute session, I will focus on 1-2 areas. They can choose up to 3 of the following… deep tissue, cupping, kinesiology taping, magnesium cream, bio freeze, hot stones or the ice roller. ($30 in savings)
